Visual Merchandising
The visual merchandising aesthetic was created to express the marketing message of the Man on the Moon Range, that was developed for 'the man that can do anything'. This was achieved through using minimalist design features which was also carried through to the fixtures and fittings. Visual interest was created using a subdued colour palette with pops of blue and a contrast of textures using wood, concrete and acrylic. The window feature is a back-lit suspended mirror which displays the customer's reflection in the astronaut's helmet - invoking a sense of wonder and inspiring the everyday man to achieve greatness.
